URBS Real Estate Ltd as a member of the URBS Group is involved in numerous construction implementations day by day.
As part of our prime contractor activities, we mainly provide implementation services for the Group’s own investments and the buildings operated by us.
Implementation services primarily concern renovation, maintenance, and implementation of buildings operated by us.
These services provide the opportunity to immediately resolve technical faults, ensuring great flexibility for our operational division, since we are able to make decisions about repairing urgent technical glitches within our powers.
Buildings constructed as part of our prime contractor activities:

- Roombach Hotel Budapest Center, a 100-room downtown hotel
